Vista’s Children and Young People team have kept themselves busy by cooking, dancing and getting musical!

Our online Zoom sessions with Oksana, from Vista, have got children and young people cooking, while enjoying music.

The CYP team have been moving to music, taking part in dance stories and getting handy in the kitchen, to enhance their habilitation skills. 

The children and young people have been chopping, peeling, grating and rolling to make wraps, soups and pastries, with all smiles at the end results.

Further choir sessions are additionally planned, in conjunction with the Musical Village. Vista Voices, a children’s choir, gave their first-ever public performance last year. 

The CYP team are also staging weekly basketball sessions at the home of Leicester Riders, the Morningside Arena (12 Memory Lane, LE1 3UL). Click here for the dates.
