Vista's Children and Young People visit Wistow Maze
26 Jul 2022
We invited some of our families to join us at Wistow Maze, it was a lovely day to be outdoors. To mark the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, this year the maze has been designed in the shape of the 'Coronation Crown'. The Maze has been created in maize and sunflower crop field. This activity was physically and mentally challenging for all those who attended. As our families went around the maze there were different questions to answer, these really tested our general knowledge. It was great to see some of children/young people take the lead and lead their family around the maze using a map. There where also lots of more exciting activities to get up to the fun yard! Some of our families also choose to go over the road to café.
One parent said “Wistow maze was absolutely amazing. I had a lot of fun with my family. Everyone enjoyed it very much. I felt very comfortable. Everything was explained very clearly.”
When asked did you enjoy attending Wistow maze as a family? One parent said “Absolutely. We had such a laugh and particularly enjoyed each of us taking charge of the search.”
